Bulk remove items from current playlist [Browser]

Current browser view allows user to clear all current playlist items or remove individual items from the current playlist, but provides no method for selecting multiple items to remove from current playlist. If I add a full album to my current playlist and want to remove all 10 songs, I either have to remove one at a time or recreate my whole playlist.
