[Browser] Remember volume level

Recently migrated from Google Play Music because Astiga does exactly what I need, and I'm mostly satisfied.

However, the browser app does not remember the previously set volume when reopened (at least on Firefox). This seems like a pretty basic feature that is missing somehow.

    It has been implemented, and it should start working in the coming week or so.
