You need music tag management/library software for that. There are lots out there, many of which are free. There are some other threads with options. I used MediaMonkey, many use others such as MP3Tag.
Probably not. For that to work, Astiga would need write access to your Google Drive, which it currently does not have, plus uploading files to your Google Drive (or any storage for that matter) is not implemented at the moment.
