I know this has been asked before, but Astiga seems to be the closest solution to turning a cloud folder into a web page "music streaming service for your own music". If only I could share it with others...
It could generate a lot of legal problems about sharing rights. If I'm not wrong, Astiga is located on the UK. And anti piracy laws in the UK are so strict.
If you're the owner of your own produced music, there are other services to share it. In my opinion, Astiga is more intended like a personal player.

Yeah - I'd not do this without express permission of the rights holders.
Sharing of the playlist itself would be possible, just not streaming the songs.
And, of course, if you were the artist or somehow had the rights to the audio, that would also be ok.
