Playlist dropdown not working when playlists are active?

Hrm. Tried to paste an image, and got a 403.

When I have Playlists visible in the main UI, I can't make the playlists dropdown on the left show my playlists. It's a single-entry, empty dropdown.

EDIT: Okay, I think I solved this next one. Is the only way to make a playlist that "save to playlist" option on the queue?

And easier, likely -- I can't find UI to create a new playlist. I thought there was a way to make one with the add button before -- add [song, album, whatever] to queue, add to playlist, add to new playlist (?), but don't see that nor a way to create one on the playlist page. What have I forgotten/am I missing?

    Yes, it is right now...

    Here's a screenshot of me displaying a playlist and showing the dropdown. Is this what you meant?

    Was it a new playlist that was showing this behaviour? If you refresh the page (F5) does it still happen? It might just be when saving the playlist the Playlists dropdown wasn't re-populated.
