Premium ended after auto renewal & funds taken -> cannot use Astiga

my premium renewed automatically this week with payment sent from my bank successfully. Today I received an email notice my Premium had ended and when I go into the app, I cannot use Astiga at all as the 'trial has ended'.
I'll be grateful if this can be rectified at your earliest convenience.

Just to let everyone know, Dan has resolved this for me already
Thanks @Coyley . This has also affected two other customers - but others are unaffected. I think it relates to the notifications sent to our payment processing backend and how some are different to others; I'll look into the cause next week.
