Sonos help again!

Hi. You previously fixed an issue with only 100 albums showing in SONOS which you kindly fixed. I seem to be having another issue.

Although all the albums are displayed quite a few have no content - just get a comment 'Something went wrong'.

Example album is 'Electric Dreams' 1 & 2. More importantly my Christmas albums are not working!!! 'The Best Christmas Songs' 1 & 2.

They and many others are in my album list but do not work. I have resynced, removed and readded the Astiga app in Sonos.

    I sympathise, always a panic at this time of year 😬

    I don't see an album with "Christmas Songs" in the title... I see a similar compilation album with two discs but not "Christmas Songs" (I don't want to share any details of your library online).

    I'm in the process of setting up some data to look into this deeper for you.

    Thank you. I'm happy to discuss library contents. Nothing unusual there! Other examples are ELO disc 1 and 2; Elvis 30 #1 hits. I'm just opening albums randomly, some have content, some don't. Wife had just realised Michael Buble Christmas album not working - now I'm really in trouble. 😁😁 Thanks

    Ok, let's fix "The Bublé" first then... 😲

    Can you just try again? I just changed a setting. If it doesn't work, delete the cache for the app and then try again (don't try re-installing, that is unlikely to help I think).

    So far so good. Certainly appears to be working a lot better. All contents visible that I have selected.
