Issues after Build 20240423

The filtering buttons don't do anything anymore with the new filtering options Build 20240423. I can open the menu and click the options, but one of the filter options work.

Running on FireFox 125.0.1 on Manjaro Linux.

None of my extensions should cause this either, but in case I use the following:

  • 1Password - Password Manager
  • LibRedirect
  • Plasma Integration
  • Stylus
  • uBlock Origin (reports it doesn't block anything)

I have the same issue on my electron based app, so I would expect it's not a FireFox specific issue related as that one is Chromium based, and just further shows it's not extension related.

Have you refreshed the page, maybe performed a full refresh? There were extensive changes to Javascript https://www.howtogeek.com/672607/how-to-hard-refresh-your-web-browser-to-bypass-your-cache/

If that doesn't work, could you send a screen recording (you can do this via email if you like - info@asti.ga ).

  • Ah yes, it seems fixed now.

I did find another issue with this release, with the playlist pagination specifically. When going to a playlist page (say: "https://play.asti.ga/playlist/Country%20hits") with multiple pages then press any of these buttons:

Only the first page plays. You'd then have to go to the second page (https://play.asti.ga/playlist/Country%20hits?page=2) and using the button again adds only the songs to the current playlist.

I would expect these buttons are for the whole playlist, not the current page of the playlist.

Ok, gotcha. I'll create a ticket for this.

Just an update - this slipped into the next milestone as we found some bugs in the fix and didn't want to stop the latest build... It's being worked on now, though.
