Sync does not appear to be working

    I stopped it last night in preparation for a database change this morning. Hopefully I should be able to restart as soon as possible.

    This has now been restarted - there'll be a backlog so the initial syncs might take a while.

    Sync was not working for me yesterday. It appears to of now started one I had initiaited but is then not progressing. Thanks

    Yeah, we're running a couple of servers in parallel and one got stuck. I'm trying to push the new jobs through - it might take a while.

  • Two things:

    1) Sync doesn't seem to be working, as nothing is showing in the synchronisation progress log. Is anything displayed when Sync commences?

    2) When I click Google Drive under Storage in the side menu, none of the audio files are visible in the Initial Folder. Audio file playback is only possible if I click the up arrow and click the plus icon on the Initial Folder, as the files still aren't visible when I click back into the Initial Folder from Home.

    You're correct, it stopped yesterday. I've restarted it.
