Synching issue

I get the message "Your previous sync is still running. Please wait for your previous sync to finish before starting a new one. The progress of your previous sync is shown below." even though I stopped the sync and I don't see the sync progressing for the last 30 minutes.

    Hi - this may be due to a crash on the sync server a couple of days ago. I've cleared your last sync data; I think you should be able to re-request a sync now.
