No success in syncing my songs and albums so I can access on Sonos platform - what do I need to do?

        New Astiga account - successfully set up and logged into my Sonos account with Astiga services option - have set up my storage account to personal/music on Astiga (only 60 GB of files) - Sonos cannot find artists, albums from Astiga - and no response at all when I attempt to sync my songs and folders of artist work - what do I need to do to support the sync function? No folders? Individual albums only? Individual songs only?

Hi, as per our email, our sync process was down for a while this weekend. I can see a sync for yourself is currently queued and should be run fairly soon. I'll check its progress later.
Sync is required to show albums and artists etc - these come from the internal tags inside your music files.
