Album Not Deleting

My source data is on OneDrive, I deleted an album from OneDrive and ran a sync with a remove deleted entries/files. This has worked multiple times removing entries from Astiga. I have one entry that will not delete from Astiga. I believe it has something to do with Metadata editing that was done previously in Astiga when I was experiencing issues with the editor that was fixed later. The other information that leads me to believe this is that all the songs are gone from the album and the only one existing is the first song (which was the issue with the editor) and the song has no time associated with it...it looks like an entry somewhere I have no access to.
