Bidirectional podcast sync

This came up in a different feature request, but I figured I'd split it out for tracking and voting purposes. Currently, podcast play position syncs from the Android app to the web app. A couple enhancements would be cool:

  1. Sync position from web to app
  2. Web interface: clicking on a podcast ep in the playlist resumes from the saved position instead ofthe current behavior of starting the ep over
