Vibe not working

I have a problem to get Vibe started with my premium subscription. Although syncing my music library seems to work I get the following message:

"Astiga does not yet have enough information to generate playlists. Are you sure that vibe is turned on? Perhaps you need to sync your music library?"

Vibe is on, Membership is premium, sync has been done several times. Any ideas?

    Did you force sync after turning vibe on?

  • Yes, I tried it another time with all these 3 options activated:

    • Force refresh everything, even items that are already added
    • Remove entries for files that no longer exist
    • Send email after the synchronisation has finished (which I got)

    Unfortunatelly, vibe is still not working. The sync itself works and I see all the corresponding "add" and "get" infos in the logfile.

    By the way: I'm using the astiga webplayer on a Mac, and I tried it with different browser to be sure that it's not a browser issue.

    It should now be working again. I am still looking into why it stopped working, but more importantly it should now be working.
