Mega syncing issue

I've just started with Astiga, and I'm having an issue syncing to my Mega drive. Only some of the folders in there will sync. I can see that ones that have a link for sharing won't sync, whereas the ones with no link sync fine. Is there a way around this issue that doesn't involve removing the sharing links? Thanks.

    Strange. This issue has occured before (it is due to MEGA handling shared files differently, so it encrypts those files with their own key, and then encrypts that key with your key (and the ones you share with), but I added support for that back then. Maybe they changed something there.

    I might look into it, though I will say that MEGA has a rather low priority at the moment.
