Are those songs tagged properly (artist and song title), and are those songs synced? Otherwise Astiga does not know which song to scrobble, thus it does not work.
What I can see is that your library appears empty, and there is no history of your storage ever being synced - syncing would most likely solve your issue.

Yes & tested the playlist on winamp which was able to scrobble [to last.fm].

had to manually sync it (auto didnt work), that resolved it
