Custom File Location for Song and Album Art

Under 'Astiga App' I wrote

"I like how the storage location for songs themselves can be chosen to internal or external, and I'm wondering if the same can be done for album art. My device's internal storage runs rather low, so this would really help. By default it's internal only it seems. I am on android."
