Add support for Box.com individual accounts

Currently, Box.com is supported via FTP for business accounts, but FTP is not available on individual accounts.

    I commented on this on the old board system. Although no longer a primary feature, Box accounts can be accessed over WebDAV. Just make sure none of your files or directories don’t contain [ or ], as these characters mess with Box’s WebDAV implementation and cause them to not be picked up by Astiga.
