"Mark listened to here" option for podcasts

Following on from the feature request I just added for marking and sorting podcast episodes as listened or not, this next step would be to add the possibility to tap on an episode and mark it and all previous episodes as listened. Incredibly useful when migrating to Astiga from another app.

Then if an "unlistened" filter were available you'd only see new episodes going forward.
