Some of my songs have Lyrics embedded in the ID3's. If both the Web player and Android app supported this, that would be nice.
Jet Audio player for Android plays local MP3/FLAC files and it actually supports this feature, you could add something similar. When you click the icon, it overlays the lyrics:
