Password protected podcasts?

I would like to add a password protected podcast to my podcast list. Apparently some podcast software like Apple's are able to accept access credentials. (I have a Coast to Coast AM membership and they have an ad-free podcast feed, but it needs my personal credentials to work.) Thank you
