Alternative to GDrive/Homebrew storage

neasanneasan Member

I am currently using GDrive as my storage for Astiga and am getting to the limit on my account and as I'd be jumping from 200GB to 1TB it's a steep price increase (even if it replaced both my 200GB and my wife's 100GB subscription).

What other options are people using that are price competitive or has anyone spun up a inexpensive home setup?

Going through the list on the Astiga site Koofr and OpenDrive look interesting as cloud services with OwnCloud looking like an interest self-hosting option.

pCloud is a decent chunk cheaper at the 2TB level - £50 vs £80 (for my currency).

You could risk it with a lifetime deal with pCloud...

Thanks, yeah pCloud looks good and risking a lifetime might be worth it.

Can two different instances of Astiga connect to a single pCloud account? i.e. if I create music folders for User A and User B can I have User A's Astiga connect to their folder and User B's Astiga account connect to their folder.

I assume Astiga does not know or care as long as it has been authorised and pointed to the correct folder but just want to check.
