New account can't add storage

I am trying out Astiga web player for seven days on my Windows PC with the current version of Windows 11. After I log in, it takes me to the screen to get started and to add storage. After I click Add Storage, nothing happens and when I click on other items, nothing happens. I click and click and it does not do anything. Thank you! Carol

    Hi @Carol .

So do you get to this page: https://play.asti.ga/setup/choose-storage - is that where the links don't work?

If not, which page is not working - can you send the URL like above?

    What browser are you using?

  • hi - yes, I get logged in but then it does not work at the url above or at https://play.asti.ga/home. I am using Firefox 133.0.3 (64-bit). thank you Carol

Which storage type are you choosing?

All of those links work for me. For example, if I click Google Drive I get the following page:

    Can you:

    1. Go back to https://play.asti.ga/setup/choose-storage
    2. Press Ctrl+Shift+I - you should see a popup window.
    3. Refresh the https://play.asti.ga/setup/choose-storage page . Check for any red writing in the popup here:
    1. Click one of the storage types and check for any more red writing

Send a screenshot or copy and paste of anything you see.

If it still doesn't work I'd really like to do this on screensharing with you, if that's possible.

  • So, I got the same results with Firefox, no difference. I decided to try it in Microsoft Edge, though I prefer Firefox. It worked like a charm. Thank you for your help.

This is odd - do you have any plugins installed in FF? I'd still like to experiment with screensharing and FF if possible.

Thank you for the offer, but I decided to end my trial run of the program and deleted my account the other day. Thank you for the assistance just the same!

    That's a shame - thanks @Carol .
