m3u8 support and let me pick the playlist file instead of "find playlist"

When importing a playlist, astiga will search the playlist file itself, going through all folders recursively. This takes too much time given the amount of folders. Let me go through the folder structure to pick the playlist file myself.

Add m3u8 support for UTF-8 and special characters.

From import playlist, only these formats are supported:

"You can bulk-import your playlists from .m3u and .pls playlist files in your storage."

    I've had this on my list for a while!

    Files with the extension .m3u8 are supported, btw. I'll update the docs.
