I would like to be able to display the lyrics (either embedd them or search for them online) while they are playing! Thank you!

Thanks - there are some legal/copyright issues around lyrics sometimes (in a way that has always seemed more threatening than displaying artwork), but I think that more relates to sourcing and storing the lyrics in the first place... not their mere display.

Any there any good players that you would recommend for inspiration for showing the lyrics?

I think users can upload lyrics with a timeline to be displayed simultaneously. This may not affect you at all. It's a good idea. Please consider!
