Playlist questions

1) One of my playlists reduced from more than 100 songs to just 5 songs without my making any such change.

a) Is there any explanation for why that would occur

b) Is there some way to recover the original playlist?

2) Is there a quick way to copy all the songs from one playlist into another playlist?

No - we don't edit the playlists out of band. Can you let us know the playlist affected?
