Library enhancement is available to all premium users
Just wanted to call out this feature, in case you've missed it... A number of listeners have now enabled it, but it is a bit hidden so I wanted to bring it to the fore.
We have now made library enhancement available to all premium users:
Library enhancement is a purely additive and non-destructive feature in Astiga. When enabled (it's currently disabled by default) it adds extra information about your music library, such as artist images and biographies, and fixes album names and structures (such as disc numbers). There are other improvements in the pipeline, such as album artwork, genre and year completion, track naming and positioning and more.
The enhanced library is only shown when that slider above is switched-on (to-the-right). If it is switched off then your original raw library is shown, just as before.
Artist bios give a pic and a summary of the artist's/band's life and career:
Meanwhile, structural and album title fixes help with common problems. Split albums with disc artifacts in their titles...
Are consolidated to:
This is purely optional - just leave the slider switched-off if you don't want this.
Oh, and note the same enhancements trickle through to other integrations! You'll benefit from the same fixes on the Android app, Sonos and other Subsonic apps.
