Subscription renewal went wrong... again...

Little while ago I received an email stating:
This is a reminder that your Astiga Premium subscription will automatically renew on 2026-01-31.
Great! I'm good so ignored it. This morning my music didn't work. Checking the website, it turns out my renewal didn't go trough.
I'm in a rush and can't doublecheck if payment was initiated and I paid again, possibly double (as has happened before!), but ever since using yearly payments I quite literally never had a year where it did went trough smoothly. You might wanna look into this process...
Edit: just checked my bank account and paypal. I see the payment being made on januari 31st by PayPal, after which the money was deducted from my bank the same day. So considering I paid again this morning I did indeed pay double now. Would be nice to get one of the two refunded ánd keep my premium 🥲.

Apologies, there was only one payment taken, that which occurred this morning.
The problem here appears to be related to the notification email - it's firing with the wrong date. I'll look into why that is... apologies again.

Euhm, this is false. As I said, there was also a payment taken on januari 31st... I will send you the details over email.
The issue seems much bigger than the notification mail, as payment is taken but not registered. To the point where apperantly you don't see it upon checking? Or at least not connected to my account. By the looks of it, this is exactly the same issue as last year.
Oh, ok. You appear to have another subscription set up in PayPal. I'm not sure why I didn't notice that PayPal payment, because it is there. Maybe I didn't quite search with the correct string.
Looking back, it appears this time last year that I thought I'd cancelled one of the subs, but clearly I didn't complete this.
I'll reply by email as to which subscription you want to delete and which one you want to change the address of.
Again, I apologise - a refund will be sent on the sub you wish to delete.

Glad it's solved. Human error happens, but you generally fix issues quick and well so no need to worry about it 😁.
