Sync hangs - can't restart Sync

I am having problems with Syncing my music library from Backblaze. I started a sync that appears to be hung. After about 30 minutes, I received an email saying "Failed Autosync". Also if I try to "stop the syncing process by clicking here." on the status page, nothing happens. And if I try to start a new sync, I am told:

"Your previous sync is still running. Please wait for your previous sync to finish before starting a new one. The progress of your previous sync is shown below."

The log shows about 3 or 4 albums were synced (out of about 15 albums in this batch).

But nothing ever progresses in that window. I am only trying to sync a small portion of my music library (about 10G) in this sync, just to test the system. I have been looking at this for about 4 hours now.

I have paid for the Premium version, but so far nothing is working out for me. Does anybody know what I should do here to make the sync work.

    Sorry, I answered your email before I saw this, but to repeat:

    Earlier we restarted the synchronisation process as we were deploying a new version of the sync code. This may have interrupted your sync. I can see now that a new sync is queued for you; it should start soon.

    This is why the message says "Your previous sync is still running [...]"

    If you go to https://play.asti.ga/open-log you should be able to see the current progress. Currently it shows:

    2026-03-03T18:13:36 QUEUED Sync queued for processing
    

    ... but that should move forwards soon (you're actually top of the queue as I type).

    Looks like that one completed. I was uploading the "A" artists from by Library. On to the "B"s. Cheers.
