Account not syncing
I added two albums on Wedneday to my Astiga account and my wife's (Jack White Fear Of The Dawn and Frozen Charlotte). They eventually turned up in mine, maybe, yesterday but they have not appeared in hers. She can get at them via the file browser.
I had instigated manual syncs for both accounts just after I'd uploaded. Sarah Anne should be enough info to find her account to look into it.

We restarted the sync process almost three days ago, which interrupted your wife's previous sync. We have a routine which looks for "stuck" sync processes, but because a connection from the routine to the sync logs was broken, it couldn't. Thus your wife's sync hasn't been restarted yet.
It would've been three whole days this evening, and the sync would've restarted at that point. But I've fixed the connection anyway now, and restarted your stuck syncs (and a few other users' - thanks for pointing it out).
