This storage only?

On Adroid app, Library view, on the upper right there is a checkbox for 'This Storage Only'. When I check this, I assumed it was perhaps only showing my albums/tracks that were on my local device (phone). However, when I turned off WiFi and tried to play what was displayed, I got 'no network error'.

So what is the purpose of the checkbox 'This Storage Only'? What differs when it is checked and unchecked?

    No. To show only locally cached files, you have to use the option go offline. Talking about storages is "cloud storages"
