I uploaded a batch of MP3 to my storage site yesterday evening and they do appear under storage in Astiga and have populated artists tags, however have not populated albums, genres, or songs lists.
Oh - it looks like you haven't run a sync since the 14th. You can do that manually here: https://play.asti.ga/sync (choose "Music" from the Storage dropdown and leave Initial folder blank).
