Unable to Sync?

I just made my account and downloaded the app. I have attempted to sync to my music folder in OneDrive but it doesn't appear to be working - on the page where it says the synchronisation progress log will appear, it instead very briefly shows an error message that immediately disappears. I cannot read the error message because it disappears too quickly, although if I refresh the page it briefly becomes visible again. I have attempted to stop and restart the sync multiple times as I was afraid I was doing something wrong, which seems to be producing new kinds of error message - however I still cannot read any of them. It has been about an hour and no music has appeared on my app, so I am concerned the errors are preventing syncing, but I would mostly like to know what's going on.
