During the recent database migration work we had to make some interim releases which we didn't announce because they were mostly around dealing with the changing data.

Motivated by wanting to better announce work like the database migration we've made a few improvements to the notification stuff...
We fixed the display of notifications and the "mark read" and delete functionality
